July Milestones Achieved as Construction Enters Active Phase with Permits Pending

Significant progress was accomplished in July for the development project. The tender for structural works concluded successfully with the main contractor appointed. Meanwhile, water drainage and sewage systems have been connected from temporary buildings and restrooms, facilitating onsite operations. The construction site was fully prepared with building axes and layout markings completed, and the plot has been thoroughly cleared.

A major project presentation and defense took place at the PUPR department, marking another step towards securing the important PBG permit. Final adjustments were made to the MEP section covering engineering networks. Additionally, the perimeter fence foundation was finalized and materials for continuing fence construction were procured. Villas have been carefully marked and positioned on site.

Looking ahead to August 2025, the team aims to obtain the official Statement Letter by August 25, granting authorization to commence major construction activities. The foundation for the fence will be completed, followed by the start of piling works and foundational construction for the villas. Excavation for the swimming pool basins is also planned.

The preparatory phase is nearly complete, and the project team is ready to transition into a vigorous construction stage. Notably, only one villa remains available in the development: a 2-bedroom, 100 m² villa priced at $213,484, offering an attractive ROI of 14.29%.
